Our Fluffy Focaccia Bread is naturally leavened, reinvented for the modern eater. Slowly fermented overnight, each bread is crispy on the outside, with a chewy, complex interior. Great for dipping, sandwiches or on its own.
Ingredients: whole wheat, organic dark rye, wheat, honey, evoo, kosher salt, sea salt, purified water
LEAD TIME & DELIVERY SCHEDULE: Orders require one week lead time, and are fulfilled the following Wednesday from your order date. Deliveries are made every Wednesday 2PM onwards.
*For example: If you order today (Monday), your order will be delivered NEXT Wednesday.
Size and weight vary slightly due to the handmade nature of all breads. Baked in a 9x9 inches square slab.
Important Note: If you order a non-food item from Gather, it will be sent together with your bread order on the following Wednesday delivery.
